St. Johns Town Center is an upscale mall in Jacksonville, Florida. It opened its doors on March 18, 2005 with five anchor stores including Dillard's, Barnes & Noble, Target, Dicks Sporting Goods and Ashley Furniture. The 200-acre (0.81 km2) open-air regional mall at J. Turner Butler Boulevard and State Road 9A cost $158 million to build and boasts more than 100 retailers, many of whom used the development as an entry into the Jacksonville market. The project will also have 225 luxury apartments, two hotels and a second phase that should include upscale stores such as Neiman-Marcus and/or Nordstrom. [1] The town center is made up of a power center and a mall. Key tenants are Anthopologie, Apple, Cache, Sephora, Williams-Sonoma, Lucky Brand Jeans, and bebe. P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Maggiano's Little Italy and the Cheesecake Factory call St. Johns Town Center home. This phase of the mall is 870,000 sq ft (81,000 m2)

Phase two, with 228,000 sq ft (21,200 m2) was opened to the public October 26, 2007. It consists of about 40 retailers and 4 restaurants.
Tenants include: abercrombie, Aerie, Aldo, Arden B., Bakers, Ballard Designs, Bare Escentuals, BCBG, Bebe Sport, Betsey Johnson, Brooks Brothers, Chicos, Clarks, Coach, Everything but Water, GUESS, Juicy Couture, Lacoste, Louis Vuitton, Lululemon Athletica, MAC Cosmetics, Marciano, Mayors Jewelers, Metropark, Mori Luggage, Pottery Barn, PUMA, Sunglass Hut, Swarovski Crystal, Talbots, The Beauty Bar, The Walking Company, Tommy Bahama, Urban Outfitters, West Elm, and White House | Black Market.
Several new stores and restaurants opened in 2008: True Religion, Cole Haan, Kate Spade, Yogaberry, The Capital Grille, Cantina Laredo, J. Alexander's and Mitchell's Fish Market.[2]
The Esplanade, with 258 luxury condominiums, opened in 2006 and sold out in 2008. It is located behind Maggiano's.
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office statistics show 266 incidents at the St. Johns Town Center were reported from September, 2007 to September, 2008.[3]
